REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Agency on Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services is organizing bid for procurement of photo and video equipment and accessories with further installation in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Republican radio and Television centre and at in the State “TV-Safina” and “TV Jahonnamo” . The Agency now invites eligible bidders to indicate their interest in participating in the bid.

The list of goods to be procured is as follows:

• Set of video cameras
• Data carriers
• Archiving (backup) system
• Communication equipment
• Lighting installation
• Nonlinear editing tables
• Mobile nonlinear editing station
• Cameras
• Spare parts for camcorders
• Video/Audio distributors
• Microphones
• Mixer board
• 19-inch rack
• Cable, connectors and adapters

The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the  method «Tendering with unlimited participation» set out in the Tajikistan Public Procurement Law. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours  from 09:00 to 17:00(Dushanbe time).The bidders should have the direct (dealer) contract with branches of manufacturers of television equipment such as “SONY Electronics”, Canon, HEIWA SEIKI KOGYO CO. Ltd (Libec), SWIT Electronics, PlayBox Technology, Starline Computer GmbH, Miramedia (EasyRaid) and other manufacturers.   

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below in person, or by mail, or by fax, or by e-mail by March 27, 2015.
